Yes, as agreed, we may request 50% of the cleaning fee to be paid in advance for the first cleaning appointment. In the event of cancellation, this amount will be refunded with a 10% reduction as a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time of service. If it is not provided on time for the third occasion, we will request a credit card number to be held for backup payment. Additionally, if we receive two insufficient funds checks within a 12-month period, we will also require a credit card number for backup payment or prepayment three weeks before the service.
Tipping is greatly appreciated but not required. We suggest a tipping range of 10 to 15% of the fee before sales tax. If you wish to add a tip to your credit card payments, please call our office.
Yes, we reserve the right to raise our rates at any time. However, you will always be given advance notice of any price increases.
No, please refrain from cleaning before we arrive. However, we do ask that you pick up and tidy as much as possible to allow us to focus on providing detailed and high-quality service for you.

Yes, please ensure to provide us access in the agreed manner discussed during your booking. Additionally, if you have pets, kindly secure them if you prefer they are not around our technician. Moreover, it's advisable to relocate any expensive, fragile, or precious possessions to a safe place that won't be cleaned, such as a spare room or inside a curio or china cabinet.
Cancellation Policy
If access to your home is not provided on the scheduled day of service or if you cancel with less than 24 "business hours" notice, we must assess a 50% fee. Yes, if we do not receive a call or text message informing us of a cancellation in advance, a fee of $50 will be charged on the next scheduled cleaning. This fee helps compensate for the lost opportunity to serve other clients during that time.
